Managing Retail Shops Efficiently #
The “Shop Manage” module provides an intuitive platform to manage and organize retail shops. Whether you are adding new shops, editing existing ones, or adjusting their arrangement, this feature enables you to efficiently handle all aspects of shop management.
Key Features in the Shop Manage Tab #
- Search Functionality:
The system offers multiple search filters to make locating shops easier:- Search by Type: Quickly find shops by their category or type.
- Search by Language: Filter shops based on their preferred language.
- Search by Enabled: Identify whether a shop is enabled or disabled in the system.
- Search by Phone: Look up shops by their contact number.
- Shop Details:
- Shop Name: The name of the shop.
- Shop Code: A unique identifier for each shop.
- External Code: A code used for external identification.
- Language and Currency: Defines the shop’s operating language and currency.
- Time Zone: Specifies the time zone in which the shop operates.
- Area: The geographical area in which the shop is located.
- Phone and Address: Contact details for the shop.
To Navigate: Accessing Shop Manage #
- Go to the “Retail” tab
- Under Basic Data, select “Shop Manage”
- The list of shops will appear
- Right-click on the product to reveal several options:
- Add Shop
- Edit Shop
- Move Up (Adjusts the shop’s position in the list)
- Move Down (Adjusts the shop’s position in the list)
Adding a Shop: Step-by-Step #
When you choose the Add Shop option, you will be prompted to fill in the following details:
- Shop Name: The name of the new shop.
- Shop Code: The system will automatically generate a unique code for the shop.
- External Code: A code for external reference.
- Type: The type/category of the shop.
- Language: The primary language spoken at the shop.
- Time Zone: The shop’s operational time zone.
- Phone: The contact number for the shop.
- Currency: The currency used by the shop.
- Area: The shop’s physical location or service area.
- Address: The full address of the shop.
- IDX: A system-generated identifier.
- Enabled: Specifies whether the shop is enabled or disabled.
- Description: Any additional notes about the shop.
