Managing Retail Operators Effectively #
The “Retail Operators” module is designed to help businesses manage their shop assistants and retail operators with ease. It allows for easy tracking and management of shop personnel, enabling businesses to assign roles, update details, and ensure smooth operations across retail locations.

Key Features in the Retail Operators Tab #
- Search Capabilities:
- Search by Shop Name and Shop Code: Quickly locate specific shops and their corresponding details.
- Shop List: A comprehensive list of shops, including information such as Shop Name and Shop Code (e.g., POS Simple Shop: 000021, Samples: 000031).
- Shop Assistants Details:
- Name, Phone, Email, and Position: Essential details of shop assistants.
- User and Create Time: Tracks the user associated with the assistant and the time they were created in the system.
- Description: Additional information about the shop assistant’s role or duties.
To Navigate: Accessing Retail Operators #
- Go to the retail tab
- Under Basic Data, select “Retail Operators”
- The details of retail operators will appear
- Right-click on the “Shop Assistants” tab to reveal options to Add Shop Assistant, Edit Shop Assistant, or Delete Shop Assistant

Adding a Shop Assistant #
When you choose the Add Shop Assistant option, the following details will be required:
- Name: Full name of the shop assistant
- User: Username or ID of the shop assistant in the system
- Phone: Contact number for the shop assistant
- Email: Email address for communication
- Position: The assistant’s job role or title
- Description: A brief description of the shop assistant’s duties or responsibilities
