The “Stock Transactions” section is your central hub for tracking all inventory movements across retail shops. Whether it’s a restock, adjustment, or transfer, this tool allows you to monitor each transaction with detailed records and complete visibility.
Key Features in the Stock Transactions Tab #
- Comprehensive Search & Filter Options:
- Search by Trading Type (e.g., adjustment, transfer, inbound)
- Search by SKU
- Precise Toggle for exact match results
- Search by Shop Name / Shop Code
- Search by Target No.
- Filter by Package Type
- Specify Trade Time Range (Begin – End)
- Displayed Information:
- Trading Type (defines the nature of the transaction)
- Product Image (PIC) and Name
- Shop Name
- Original Quantity
- Change in Quantity

To Navigate: Accessing Stock Transactions #
- Go to the “Retails” tab
- Under Product Manage, click on “Stock Transactions”
- The full list of transaction records will display
- To perform a manual change, right-click an entry and choose the “Adjustment” option
Inventory Adjustment Functionality #
When using the Adjustment feature, you can:
- Select the Shop where the adjustment is needed
- Choose the Product inventory
- Review the Original Quantity
- Enter the New Quantity (After Adjustment)
- Confirm the transaction to update records
This ensures accurate inventory levels and records any corrections or realignments.
