Efficient sales management starts with structured classification. The Represent Types feature in the wholesale system allows businesses to define and manage various types of sales representatives. Steps to Access Represent Types #
To manage or add new sales representative types:
- Navigate to the Wholesale tab
- Under Sale Represent, click on Represent Types
- The list of existing representative types will appear
- Right-click within the list to access the Add Sales Representative Type option
- Fill in the required details and save

Search and Filter Options: #
- Search by Name
- Search by Code
Displayed Information: #
- Name – The official title of the representative type
- English Name – International or English version of the type
- Code – Unique code identifier
- Description – Any relevant notes or internal details about the type

Adding a New Sales Representative Type #
When selecting the Add Sales Representative Type option, you will be prompted to complete the following fields:
- Name (required)
- English Name (required)
- Code (required)
- Description (optional)

- Inside Sales

- Regional Rep
- Distributor Partner
