To Navigate / Steps – Customer Categories #
To manage customer classifications:
- Go to the Wholesale tab.
- Under Customer Infos, click on Customer Categories.
- The category data will appear in a list format.
- Right-click on the product area to access options such as Add Customer Category.

Customer Categories Tab – Functional Overview #
The tab provides a searchable, filterable list of all defined customer categories.
Search Filters Include: #
- Search by Name
- Search by Code

Displayed Category Information: #
- Name
- Code
- Price Rate (%)
- Type
- Customer Property
- Description
Adding a New Customer Category #
When you select Add Customer Category, a detailed entry form will appear.
Required & Optional Fields: #
- Category Name (Required)
- Category Code (Required)
- Price Rate (%) (Required)
- Type
- Customer Property
- Category Description
This setup allows you to create distinct categories aligned with business pricing models and customer behaviors.
