Track and Manage Product Returns with Accuracy #

The Return Items Inquiry tab allows your wholesale operations team to monitor product return activity, verify return details, and ensure all returned items are accounted for. This module is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and improving return management processes.

To Navigate / STEPS – Return Items Inquiry #

Follow these steps to access return item records:

1. Navigate to the “Wholesale” tab
   
2. Under Order Infos, click on Return Items Inquiry
   
3. The return data table will appear
4. Right-click on a product row to see the Export Query Result (Excel) option
   • You can export the data in either Chinese or English
     

Filter Options & Search Fields #

Use the search panel to refine your return item data and focus on specific orders or date ranges.

Available Filters Include: #

• Return Order No. / Order No.
  
• Search by Product No.
  
• Search by Warehouse
  
• Return Date (Begin – End)
  

These filters help narrow down specific return events for auditing or review.
