Seamless Product Integration Across Systems #

Product Sync allows users to synchronize product information across various platforms and customer channels within the system. Found under the Basic Data tab, this tool is vital for maintaining up-to-date records, organizing categories, and ensuring product listings are consistent for internal teams and external clients.

This feature supports syncing items with multiple product categories, customer profiles, and packaging options—all in just a few clicks.

To Navigate / STEPS for Product Sync #

  1. Navigate to the Basic Data tab.
  2. Under Product Info, click on Product Sync.
  3. Choose the product you want to sync.
  4. Right-click the item, then select Sync Product.
  5. Fill out all necessary fields in the sync form.

Details Displayed When Syncing a Product #

Basic Info: #

  • Custom No./SKU: e.g., 111
  • Item Name (Zh): Chinese item name
  • Platform Category: e.g., Electronic
  • Item Name (En): English item name
  • Custom Category

Adding Customers #

At this time, customers cannot be added directly by users. The left-hand Customer List is configured at the system level.
