Track and Manage Expired Inventory with Accuracy #
Expired Inventory is a crucial module located under the Basic Data tab that allows users to identify and manage stock that has passed its expiration date. This function supports proper stock rotation, reduces waste, and helps businesses ensure compliance with product quality standards.
By monitoring expired items efficiently, teams can act quickly to remove or return expired stock, thus maintaining product integrity and operational reliability.
Key Features of Expired Inventory #
Search & Filter Options:
- Search by Keyword
- Filter by Is Expired status
Data Display Includes:
- PIC – Person in charge of the item
- Product – Name or description of the expired product
- Stock Qty – Quantity of the expired product in stock
- Expired Days – Number of days the item has been expired
- Expired Date – Exact expiration date of the product
- Warehouse – Storage location of the expired stock
To Navigate / Steps for Expired Inventory #
- Go to the Basic Data tab.
- Under Product Info, click on Expired Inventory.
- A list of products with expiration details will be displayed.
- Select a product the list.
- Right-click on the selected product to access management options related to expired inventory.

How to Identify and Tag Expired Items

Inquire expired and near expiry products.
Under “Basic Data,” select Expired Inventory #
Input “keyword” the item to search, select “Y” for items that are expired and “N” for near expiry items #
