- PIC – Assigned inventory manager
- Item No., Name, UPC

- Saleable Qty – Available quantity for sale
- Stock Safety Limit – Minimum stock threshold
- Shelf Sales Info – Spot Quantity, In Production, Wait for Transit
- In Transit Qty – Amount of product in transit
- Frozen Qty, Locked Qty – Quantities on hold or reserved
- Expire Qty – Products approaching expiry
- Last Purchase – Most recent purchase date
- Last Received – Most recent receipt of stock
- Recent Stockout Time – The time the item was last out of stock

To Navigate / STEPS for Warning Inventory #
- Go to the Basic Data tab.
- Under Product Info, click on Warning Inventory.
- The inventory alert table will display with stock data and warning indicators.
- Choose the product you want to examine for potential stock issues.
- Right-click the product entry.
- Select Export Query Results (Excel) to download and analyze the inventory data offline.
