ESL Manage is a dynamic feature found under the Basic Data tab that allows businesses to oversee and configure their Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs) with ease. This tool enables seamless binding between ESL devices and products, real-time data synchronization, and monitoring of shelf label status across various shop locations.

Key Features of ESL Manage #
The ESL Manage dashboard allows users to efficiently manage ESL hardware and product associations:
- Search by ESL Name / Code
- Search by Product Number
- Search by Status
- Filter by Shop / Provider
- Search by Sync Status
Displayed ESL List Details:
- Code – ESL device code
- Provider – ESL service vendor
- Status – ESL operational status
- Sync Status – Data synchronization state
- Product – Linked product (if any)
- Battery – Power level or condition
- Turn Over / Model / Size – Hardware specifications
- Location – Physical location (Zone, Aisle, etc.)
- Bind Time / Update Time / Refresh Time – Timestamps for tracking ESL activity
How to Navigate the ESL Manage Feature #
To access and use ESL Manage, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Basic Data tab.
- Under Product Info, click on ESL Manage.
- The ESL dashboard will appear, listing all available ESL devices and their current configurations.
- Go to the ESL List tab.
- Right-click on an entry to reveal options.
- Select either Bind ESL or Push Data to update label associations and sync product information.

When binding a product to an ESL device, the following fields are used:
- Customer Exclusive – Optional toggle for customer-specific labels
- Product – Product to bind (required)
- ESL MAC – ESL device MAC address (required)
- Zone / Row / Column / Layer – Physical placement within the store
