Sample Manage is a powerful tool located under the Basic Data tab that allows users to organize, search, and export sample product data with precision. This feature is essential for efficient product tracking, managing platform-specific categories, and maintaining consistent product metadata across your system.

Key Features of Sample Manage #

• Search by Keyword: Find items quickly using keywords.
• Use English Name: Narrow down results using the English product name.
• Search by Item Number: Locate a specific product by its unique item number.
• Search by Platform Category: Filter results based on the platform (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
• Search by Custom Category: Use internal or company-specific categories.
• Search by Vendor: Identify samples by supplier.
• Search by Package Language: Filter items based on the language used on product packaging.
• Search by Enabled: Show only active (enabled) products.
• Search by Last Operator: Track who last edited the item.
• Create Time Range: Specify a time frame when the item was created.

To Navigate / STEPS for Sample Manage #

1. Go to the Basic Data tab.
   
2. Under Product Info, click on Sample Manage.
3. Once inside, the interface will load with all sample data details.
4. Right-click on the list area to access the following options:
   • Add Item
     
     • Add Item
     • Copy to New Item
     • Import Product
   • Export Query Results
     
     • Export data in Chinese or English
       
   • Export Product URL Link
     
     • Export product URLs in Chinese or English

• Last Operator – The last person who edited or updated the product.
• Create Time / Update Time – When the product was first created and last updated.
