Simplifying Price Management Across Products #

Sale Price Manage is a key feature under the Basic Data tab that allows users to set, edit, and import pricing details for various products. This module is designed to help you control retail, wholesale, import, and promotional pricing — ensuring your pricing strategy stays organized and up to date across platforms.

Key Features of Sale Price Manage #

  • Search by Item Details: Use keywords, item numbers, categories, and barcodes to find specific products.
  • Stock View Options: Check available stock, incoming stock, or stock status from selected vendors or companies.
  • Right-Click Options:
    • Set Product Price
    • Import Sale Price
    • Export Sale Price Results
    • Export Query Results (Excel)
    • Print
    • Item Posting

To Navigate / STEPS for Sale Price Manage #

  1. Go to the Basic Data tab.
  2. Click on Product Info, then select Sale Price Manage.
  3. A list of product pricing data will appear.
  4. Right-click anywhere on the list to access:
    • Import Sale Price – Upload a price file via template.
    • Export Sale Price Results – Export current view data.
    • Export Query Results (Excel) – Export filtered search results.
    • Print – Print pricing overview.
  5. When right-clicking on an item, you’ll also see:
    • Set Product Price
    • Item Posting

Details Displayed in Sale Price Manage Tab #

Here’s a simplified explanation of each field:

  • Enabled / PIC / Product – Product status, responsible user, and item name.
  • Saleable Qty / Package – Available inventory and packaging type.
  • Sale Price / Cost Price / Special Price – Different pricing tiers.
  • MSRP / Retail / Wholesale / Import Prices – Suggested and platform-specific prices.
  • Frozen Qty / Locked Qty – Inventory statuses.
  • Item Category / Pallet Layer / Shelf Sales Info – Product classification and shelving data.
  • Last Purchase / Sale Min Price / Barcode / Source Corp – Price history and product ID sources.

Import Sale Price Option #

Under this tab:

  • Select File – Upload your pricing file.
  • Import – Confirm upload.
  • Download Template – Use this to ensure file format accuracy before uploading.

Set Product Price Option #

Detailed fields include:

  • Item No. & Item Name – Product identifier and title.
  • Sale Min Price / Sale Price / Special Price – Define base and promo prices with GPR%.
  • Wholesale Price / Activity Cost – Set additional pricing layers via clickable forms.
  • Date Fields (Begin-End Create Time) – Set pricing validity range.
  • Land Cost, Sale Lowest/Highest/Average Price – Cost analysis fields.
  • Purchase Price History (Low/High/Avg) – Tracks historical buying prices.
  • Customer Category Breakdown – Retail, Wholesale, Import, with:
    • Piece Price
    • Brand License Fee
    • GPR per unit/IPK/Case
    • MSRP & respective GPRs

Item Posting Option #

This section allows product inventory tracking across different customers or warehouses.

  • Corp / Warehouse / Vendor Search – Filter by source.
  • Search Date Range & Locking Status – Track item actions.
  • Stock Status:
    • Frozen Qty / Available Qty / Lock Qty / Uncommit Qty – See item movement in real time.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Order No., Action Type, Customer, Price, Actual Qty, Balance, Notes – A breakdown of past item transactions.

*The prices marked in red are automatically generated based on the system’s previous purchase and 

sales orders.
