Expected Inventory enables precise tracking and filtering of inbound stock with the following capabilities:
- Search by Product No. / Name
- Search by Transport No.
- Search by Loading No. / Container No.
- Search by Transport Type
- Search by UPC
- Search by Corporation (e.g., AIR Business Solutions LLC)
- Search by Date Range (Expected Date From – Expected Date To)
Inventory Details Displayed:
- PIC – Person in Charge of inventory
- Product – Item name and identifier
- Package – Packaging format and type
- Expected Quantity – Quantity of goods expected to arrive
- Saleable Quantity – Inventory ready for sale upon receipt
- UPC – Universal Product Code
How to Navigate Expected Inventory #
To access and use the Expected Inventory feature, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Basic Data tab.
- Under Product Info, click on Expected Inventory.
- The dashboard will display detailed records of all expected inventory.
- Choose the product you want to examine.
- Right-click on the selected product entry to reveal available options for further action or export.
