Efficiently Organize and Control Your Image Assets #

The Image Manage feature under the Basic Data tab allows you to store, organize, and manage image files with ease. This tool is especially helpful for maintaining your brand visuals, product images, and other digital assets, all in one central location.

Key Features of Image Manage #

• Add and Organize Folders for better image categorization
• Rename, Move, or Delete images via right-click
• Simple Drag-and-Drop Interface for intuitive file management

Uploading Images #

1. From the Picture List, click Upload to add images.
2. Supported file formats include common image types (e.g., .jpg, .jpeg, .png).
3. There are no restrictions on colors of uploaded logos or images.

To Navigate / STEPS for Image Manage #

1. Go to the Basic Data tab under Site Settings
   
2. Click on Image Manage
   
3. The folder and image list will appear
4. Right-click on the space to:
   • Add Folder
   • Fill in folder details
5. Right-click on any image to:
   • Rename
   • Move to Folder
   • Delete
