Inventory Inquiry is a feature located under the Basic Data tab that allows users to check product inventory details across various warehouses. It provides an in-depth look at quantities available, stock status, and expected replenishments—all in a single, easy-to-use interface.

This tool is essential for supply chain, warehouse, and purchasing teams to maintain efficient stock management and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Key Features of Inventory Inquiry #

Search & Filter Options:

• Search by Keyword, Number, or Product Category
  
• Check Available Stock in real-time
• Filter by Stock, Type, or UPC
  

Displayed Inventory Data #

• PIC – Person in charge of the inventory entry
• Product – Item name or product description
• Package Info – Type of packaging used (e.g., PCS, CS, IPK)
• Warehouse Qty – Total quantity stored in the warehouse
• Saleable Qty – Quantity available for customer orders
• Warehouse Frozen – Stock that is temporarily locked or reserved
• Locked Qty – Units currently blocked for pending actions or reservations
• Uncommitted Qty – Inventory not yet assigned to any order
• Overdue Qty – Items expected but not yet received
• Week, Two Week, Three Week, Three Week Plus – Forecast of incoming or required stock over time
• Expected Qty – Quantity anticipated to arrive
• Last Date Purchased – Date when the item was most recently bought

To Navigate / Steps for Inventory Inquiry #

1. Go to the Basic Data tab.
2. Under Product Info, click on Inventory Inquiry.
3. The product inventory interface will display.
4. Choose a product from the list.
5. Right-click the selected item to view additional inventory options and detailed info.

How to Search for an Item Using UPC NO

If you need to search information on a specific item (e.g: Package info, QTY remaining, image of the product, origin) 

1.Go to Basic Data #

2.Go to Inventory Inquiry #

3.Go to Search by UPC and input the UPC no. (Ex. 62338904955) #

Once search have the result, you can check all about the product inquired by clicking the Product number (AWO2CRL)

Restocking Inventory #

Any requests regarding the restocking of inventory can be done through contacting the China Team.
