Recent Arrival is a valuable feature located under the Basic Data tab, providing users with a clear view of the most recently received inventory. This tool supports accurate inventory management by displaying essential information about items that have just arrived at the warehouse, helping businesses verify incoming goods, reconcile delivery records, and ensure timely stock updates.

Key Features of Recent Arrival #
Recent Arrival includes comprehensive filtering and visibility options to streamline the review of newly received inventory:
- Search by Product No. / Name
- Search by Transport No.
- Search by Loading No. / Container No.
- Search by Transport Type
- Search by UPC
- Search by Corporation (e.g., AIR Business Solutions LLC)
- Search by Date Range (Arrived Date From – Arrived Date To)
Inventory Details Displayed:
- PIC – Person in Charge of inventory
- Product – Item name and identifier
- Package – Type and format of packaging
- Arrived Quantity – Total quantity that arrived
- Received Quantity – Quantity that was officially received into inventory
- Saleable Quantity – Quantity available for sale
- UPC – Universal Product Code
How to Navigate the Recent Arrival Feature #
To access and use the Recent Arrival dashboard:
- Navigate to the Basic Data tab.
- Under Product Info, click on Recent Arrival.
- The dashboard will display a table with recent arrival records and associated details.
- Select the product you want to review.
- Right-click the product entry to open a list of available actions.
