This feature allows you to set up and manage your customer membership levels and loyalty points system. It defines how customers earn points, when they can upgrade, and how points can be exchanged for rewards.

Here’s what each part means:

  • Points Exchange Rate (20%)
This sets how valuable points are when converted into rewards or discounts. For example, if the exchange rate is 20%, only 20% of the earned points can be used when redeeming rewards.
  • IDX
The index number (just the row number for easy reference).
  • Level Code
    A short code for each membership level (A, B, C, D).
  • Level Name
The name of the membership tier (Basic, Silver, Gold, Premium).
  • Point Earn Rate (%)
Determines how fast customers earn points at each level.
    • Example: At Basic, customers earn 80% of the base points. At Premium, they earn 150% — meaning they earn points faster at higher levels.
  • Upgrading Requires Points
The number of points needed to move up to the next level.
    • Example: A customer needs 1,000 points to move from Basic to Silver, 5,000 points for Gold, and 10,000 points for Premium.
  • Description
A notes field where you can add extra details about the level (optional).
  • Save Button
After setting your levels and rates, click Save to apply the changes.

Denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are beguiled and demoralized by the charms pleasure moment so blinded desire that they cannot foresee the pain and trouble.
