How to Navigate to the Retail Members Tab #
- Go to the Retails Tab
- Open the ERP system and find the Retails tab in the main navigation menu.
- Click on the Retails tab to access retail management functions.
- Click on Retail Members
- Under the Retails tab, locate and select Retail Members.
- Clicking this will open the tab where you can view all customer membership records, including balances and loyalty points.

Key Fields Under Retail Members Tab #
The Retail Members tab contains several fields that provide detailed information about each registered member. Below is a breakdown of each field:
- Member No.
- A unique identifier assigned to each member. Used to track individual customer records.
- Available Balance
- The current balance available in the member’s account.
- Credit Amount
- Displays any credit assigned to the member.
- Available Points
- The number of loyalty points currently available for redemption.
- Accumulated Points
- The total number of points accumulated over the member’s history.
- Level
- The membership level (e.g., Basic, Silver, Gold, Premium), aligned with the shop’s membership configuration.
- Phone
- The member’s registered phone number.
- Name

Member Options #
When right-clicking on a member record, the following options are available:
- View the Points Record
Displays the detailed history of points earned and redeemed by the member. - View the Balance Record
Shows a record of the member’s balance transactions, including deposits and deductions. - Refresh
Updates the member’s information to ensure the most recent data is displayed.

Search Options in the Retail Members Tab #

- Search by Shop
Filter members by the specific shop they are registered under. - Search by Phone
Find members using their registered phone number. - Search by Name
Retrieve member details based on their name. - Search by Status
