Key Features in the ESL Manage Tab #

  • Search Functionality:
    • By Name: Search for products or ESLs by their name.
    • By Code: Search using product or ESL codes.
    • By Status: Track the status of ESLs (e.g., active, inactive).
    • By Sync Status: Ensure that ESLs are properly synced with the system.
    • By Provider: Filter by the provider of the ESLs.
  • Product Management:
    • Product Information: View details such as model, size, and location of the product.
    • Sync Status: Check whether the ESLs are synced with the system and updated in real-time.
    • Bind Time, Update Time, and Refresh Time: Monitor when the ESL data was last bound, updated, and refreshed.

To Navigate: Accessing ESL Manage #

  1. Go to the “Retail” tab
  2. Under Basic Data, choose “ESL Manage”
  3. The list of ESLs will appear
  4. Right-click on a product to reveal several options:
  • Bind ESL
  • Set Up Side Down
  • Unbind ESL
  • Unbind ESL Forced
  • Force Refresh ESL

Binding an ESL: Step-by-Step #

When you select the Bind ESL option, you’ll need to fill in the following details:

  • Customer Exclusive: Choose if this product is customer exclusive.
  • Product: Select the product you want to bind the ESL to.
  • ESL Mac: Enter the MAC address of the ESL.
  • Zone: Specify the zone where the ESL is located.
  • Row: Choose the row for the product.
  • Column: Choose the column for the product.
  • Layer: Specify the layer for the product.
