- Advanced Search Capabilities:
- Search by Keyword or Item Number
- Use Precise Search for exact matches
- Filter by Shop, Category, or UPC
- Displayed Inventory Details:
- Shop Name
- Stock Quantity
- Product Name & Image (PIC)
- Category
- Brand
- Origin
- UPC Code
To Navigate: Accessing Product Inventory #
- Go to the “Retails” tab
- Under Product Manage, select “Product Inventory”
- Inventory records across all retail shops will be displayed
- To make changes, right-click on a product and select the “Adjustment” option
Inventory Adjustment Feature #
When performing a manual adjustment:
- Required Fields in the Adjustment Panel:
- Shop (Select the location where inventory is being adjusted)
- Product (Choose the item to update)
- Product Name (Displayed automatically)
- Package (If applicable)
- Quantity (Current quantity before change)
- After Quantity (New adjusted quantity)
This feature is essential for correcting discrepancies, updating physical counts, or managing unexpected inventory changes.
