The “Retail Inbound Manage” module offers retailers a comprehensive way to track and manage inbound inventory orders. Whether you’re managing new shipments or tracking order status, this tool ensures that your inbound inventory is organized and accurately accounted for.

Key Features in the Retail Inbound Manage Tab #
- Search & Filter Capabilities:
- Search by Shop Name or Shop Cod
- Filter by Order Number, Product Number, or Vendor
- Precise Search option for exact matches
- Filter by Status: New, Completed
- Search by Creator and Date Range (Create Time)
- Displayed Information:
- Inbound Orders: Number, Status, and Fee Set
- Vendor Name
- Quantity ordered and Required Date
- Creation Time and Creator details
- Remarks for additional order notes
To Navigate: Accessing Retail Inbound Manage #
- Go to the “Retails” tab
- Under Retail Inbound Manage, click on “Retail Inbound Manage”
- You’ll see a list of inbound orders from various shops and vendors
- Right-click on any entry to choose the “Add Retail Inbound” option to create a new inbound order

Adding a New Retail Inbound Order #
When you select the “Add Retail Inbound” option, the following fields will appear:
- Order Number (Auto-generated)
- Shop Name (Select the store receiving the products)
- Quantity ordered
- Vendor (Who is supplying the goods)
- Required Date for delivery
- Amount (Total cost of the inbound order)
Additionally, you can input detailed information for each product:
- Product Image (PIC)
- Package Type
- Quantity and Total Quantity
- Price, Weight/Volume
- Category, Brand, and Origin
- UPC Code for product identification

To add more products to an order, simply right-click in the lower part of the interface and fill in the product details.
