• Search & Filter Capabilities:
  • Search by Inbound No. or Vendor
  • Filter by Status (e.g., Unpaid, Paid)
  • Search by Period or Payment Date Range (Begin – End)
  • Search by Vendor or Require Date (Begin – End)
  • Filter by Payment Status (Paid, Unpaid)
• Displayed Information:
  • Vendor Name and Payable Amount
  • Paid Amount and Remaining Days until due
  • Item Quantity for each order
  • Completion Time and Order Remark for additional notes

To Navigate: Accessing Retail Inbound Payable #

1. Go to the “Retails” tab
2. Under Retail payable, select “Retail Inbound Payable”
3. The details of your inbound payable orders will be displayed
4. Use the search options to filter results by various criteria like order number, payment status, vendor, and dates
