The “Customer Audit” module provides a comprehensive view of customer registration details and allows administrators to review, edit, or remove customer accounts during the platform onboarding process. This feature plays a key role in validating customer information and ensuring quality control before full account activation.

Key Features in the Customer Audit Tab #

  • Search and Filter Options:
    • Search by Name, BP (Business Partner), Ship Address, or Phone
    • Filter by Postcode
    • Search by Username or Sales Representative
  • Displayed Fields Include:
    • Customer Code and Name
    • Sales Representative
    • Ship Address
    • Fax and Username
    • Quotation Submission Status
    • Register Mode
    • Remarks
    • Create Time

To Navigate: Accessing Customer Audit #

Follow these steps to access and manage the Customer Audit section:

  1. Go to the “website” tab
  2. Under Platform Registration, select “Customer Audit”
  3. A detailed list of customer registration records will appear
  4. Right-click on a customer record to display options, including Delete
  5. Click on a record to begin reviewing the audit fields and associated information
