The “Activity Manage” feature in the Wholesale system allows users to create, track, and manage promotional or sales activities with ease. With built-in filters and editable fields, this tool provides a straightforward way to handle time-sensitive offers, discounts, and more.

Key Features in the Activity Manage Tab #

  • Search by Name
  • Search by Status
  • Monitor Activity Timing (Start & End Times)
  • Track Activity Status (e.g., Finished, Ongoing)
  • Assign Discount Rates and Modes
  • Detailed Descriptions for Each Activity

Example Entry:

  • Activity Name: test
  • Status: Finished
  • Begin Time: 04/07/2025 14:30
  • End Time: 04/07/2025 16:00
  • Discount: 12%

To Navigate: How to Access Activity Manage #

Follow these steps to manage your sales activities:

  1. Go to the “Wholesale” tab
  2. Under Sale Represent, click on “Activity Manage”
  3. A list of existing activities will be displayed
  4. Right-click on the list and select “Add Activity”
  5. Enter the required details in the activity form

Adding a New Activity #

When adding an activity, be sure to fill out the following fields:

  • Name (Required)
  • Start Time / End Time (Required)
  • Discount Mode (Required)
  • Discount Rate (%) (Required)
  • Description (Optional but recommended)

This allows for precise control over the promotions and ensures that all time-based campaigns are executed effectively.The Activity Manage tab gives you the tools to run time-based promotions, monitor campaign success, and maintain clear sales activity records.
