In wholesale operations, Agent Orders are crucial when external sales partners or corporate agents handle customer orders. This dedicated module allows you to easily monitor, track, and manage these orders in one centralized place.

Navigating the Agent Orders Tab #

To access and manage Agent Orders, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Wholesale” tab.
  2. Under Order Info, click on Agent Orders.
  3. The full list of agent-submitted orders will appear, including various search and filter tools for quick access to order data.

Available Search & Filter Options #

The Agent Orders tab includes multiple search criteria to help you find orders faster and more accurately:

  • Search by Agent No.
  • Search by Product No.
  • Search by External Corp
  • Search by Customer
  • Search by Sales Rep
  • Search by PO#
  • Search by Remarks
  • Order Time (Begin – End)

You can also filter by order status, making it easier to manage order progress:

  • Preparing
  • Rejected
  • Wait Auditing
  • Wait Confirmed
  • Confirmed
  • Precise Search option for advanced filtering

Agent Order Details Overview #

Each Agent Order entry includes vital fields for tracking and operational processing:

Key Order Fields Displayed: #

  • Order No. – Unique order identifier
  • Trace – Order tracking and history
  • Status – Shows where the order is in the workflow
  • Customer – Associated client company
  • Total Qty – Total number of items ordered
  • Qty Info – Detailed quantity breakdown
  • Amount – Total order value
  • Tax – Tax percentage or amount applied
  • Discount – Applied discount on the order
  • Freight – Shipping or freight charges
  • Total Weight/Volume – Dimensions for logistics
  • Pallets – Number of pallets for the order

These columns offer a comprehensive view of every incoming agent-submitted order, ensuring your team can handle them efficiently, whether they’re still being prepared or awaiting audit and confirmation.
