The Order Tracking module is your centralized hub for monitoring the status of all wholesale orders. From payment confirmation to shipment progress, this feature ensures your team has real-time access to each step in the order lifecycle.

Navigating the Order Tracking Module

To access and monitor order progress:

  1. Go to the “Wholesale” tab
  2. Under Order Info, click on Order Tracking
  3. The order list and detailed filter options will appear
  4. Right-click on a product to see more management actions

Search & Filter Options #

The Order Tracking tab provides extensive search filters for quickly finding any order based on status, payment, transport, or customer information.

  • Order No. / Agent Order No.
  • Unpaid Orders
  • Search by Payment Status
  • Search by Term
  • Search by Transport Mode
  • Expected Date (Begin – End)
  • Preparing Orders

These options allow you to drill down into specific orders and filter by their current workflow status, whether pending, shipping, or awaiting payment.

Order Tracking Information Overview #

Each row in the order tracking table gives you a detailed summary of where the order stands in terms of logistics, payment, and shipment:
