- Access your AirBiz mobile application. On top left, make sure it’s set on SALE MODE.
- On the bottom of the page, press the 2nd Icon and select ESL MANAGE
- On the ESL MANAGE page, select SCANNING. This will open your phone’s camera. Proceed to scan your ESL Tag with an existing bound product to it.
- Swipe TO THE LEFT on the product info and select UNBIND
- Confirm the unbinding
- Once confirmed, the current ESL Tag will be on Unbound Status
- Once unbound, you can proceed to bind it again with another product
