Troubleshooting steps for ESL refresh issues(1)
Step 1: Confirm that the POS system has updated the price The guest needs to confirm it himself. 

If it is confirmed that the price has been updated in the POSsystem, go to step 2 

Step 2: Confirm that the BIZ system has received the updatedpriceinformation 

1. Open the BIZ system 

If you do not know the login information, contact the ChinaDevelopment Team. 

2. Find the corresponding product information, edit the product data, andcheck the data

If the product information has not been updated, youneedtosynchronize the product data first (how to synchronize please contact the POS system API technical personnel) 

If the product information has been updated (but the ESLhas not), go to step 3

Step 3: Confirm the binding of the product and ESL 

Open the ESL management function 

Search by product code to confirm that the binding relationship between

the price tag and the product is correct. 

If the price tag is not bound to the product right, find a newpricetagand see if it can be refreshed. 

If the binding relationship is correct, take a picture of the price tag information and send it to the Chinese development team to solve the problem.
